Each year, the flu shot is reformulated to protect against the viruses most likely to spread in the current season. Last year’s flu shot no longer protects your child or you. You must get a flu shot each fall to be protected.

The CDC says that COVID-19 will complicate flu transmission, symptoms, response time, treatments, and recovery in ways we cannot begin to predict. The flu will weaken immune systems, making it more likely your child will contract COVID-19.
