Alzein Pediatrics is Opening New Location on Monday, December 13th!
Alzein Pediatrics is very pleased to announce the opening of our new clinic at 5540 W 111th Street in Oak Lawn!
Our new clinic will be open and caring for our patient families on Monday, December 13th. This location, just northeast of Central Avenue and 111th Street, offers:
- Well baby visits
- Annual examinations
- School and sports physicals
- Immunization and vaccination visits
- Young adult private appointments
- Pre-op and surgical visits
- Breastfeeding support
- Allergy desensitization visits
- Asthma visits
- Nutrition visits
- And more!
Our Evergreen Park, Oak Lawn/95th Street and Urgent Care locations are still open to serve your family and we hope this additional clinic will add convenience for your child’s healthcare.
