Fever

Fever is the immune system doing its job — 100.4°F (38°C) or higher. How your child acts matters more than the number, except under 12 weeks, when any fever needs immediate care.

Ear infections + ear pain

Middle-ear infections peak between 6 and 24 months. Many mild cases clear in 2–3 days with pain control alone.

Cough, colds, croup + RSV
