Alzein Pediatrics is the first practice in the Chicagoland area that will be receiving the Pfizer vaccine and we want to be sure your child gets protected! 

When your child is 12 to 15 years old, they will be eligible for the Pfizer vaccine as soon as it’s approved by the FDA – which is this close.

Please click here to put your child’s name on our waiting list – and because we are getting a significant amount of vaccines, please forward it to your family and friends who also have children over the age of 12. 

Kids do not have to be Alzein Pediatrics patients to get the Pfizer vaccine at our offices.
